Growing up with 7 brothers and sisters provided an excellent learning environment - especially around survival techniques.
I have lived outside of Australia for 9 years:
• London - 2 years
• San Jose - 2 years
• Ottawa - 5 years
I enjoy Mountain Biking, family bush retreat, tennis, squash, philately. I even operated my own philatelic business (Greens' Stamps) for a number of years

Awarded the Benedict College Medal for first place in 3 Unit Engineering Science.
Before starting at Sydney University in 1988 I participated in, and won, an Ingenuity Competition run be the Engineering Facility.
My entire family have competed in athletics to various levels. I favoured high jumps - setting a new regional record in year 6, and a 3rd place in state comp in year 10.
Living in America meant having to own a muscle car to fit into the California lifestyle - I loved my 25th anniversary V8 mustang convertible, as did my kids.
Tucked away in the Blue Mountains is a little block of land with a house on it, a house that I built by hand - this is the Green's bush retreat.
